We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Rainham, Essex. Duties of a Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle servicing to manufacturer standards
• Lead and supervise workshop technicians, ensuring efficient work allocation
• Manage workloads to ensure timely completion of jobs
• Maintain accurate workshop documentation and service records
• Assist in developing workshop procedures and continual improvement initiatives
• Ensure all work complies with legal and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within the motor trade
• Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to work on a broad range of vehicle types
• Leadership abilities to supervise and support workshop team members
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
• High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
