Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Provide technical diagnostics and repairs to meet customer expectations and enhance productivity
• Maintain and develop technical skills through manufacturer-led training
• Conduct all repair and servicing work in accordance with manufacturer standards and quality assurance protocols
• Perform vehicle health checks accurately and efficiently, ensuring 100% compliance with company procedures
• Uphold health and safety standards consistently within the workshop environment
• Assist with warranty processes and deliver excellent customer service
• Support team activities to uphold dealership reputation

Requirements:

• Relevant formal qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Full UK driving licence
• Proven experience in inspection, repair, and servicing of motor vehicles
• MOT Tester qualification highly desirable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience within a franchised dealership is preferred but not essential
