Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Wellness Manager to join one of the UK's most sought after and delightful wellness and spa destinations.

The Wellness Manager will be part of one of the most renown wellness and spa retreats that attracts guests from all over the country, and will be an opportunity that will truly allow you to be proud of what you are a part of.

This is a hands on role where the Wellness Manager will help lead and develop the wellness side of the resort with complete creative freedom, while creating memorable experiences for guests. From delivering fitness classes and wellness talks to supporting cryotherapy sessions, PT and guest wellbeing and you will play an important role in making every stay imperatively.

You will need to deliver a range of classes including:

• Pilates
• Yoga
• Weights
• Circuit Training

The ideal candidate will have:

• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (minimum)
• Team management experience
• Leisure or hospitality experience
• Wellness Manager, Leisure Manager or Gym Manager experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confidence delivering workshops and leading groups
• A holistic, flexible and motivational approach
• Weekend availability
