Business Development Managers / Executives

Location: Essex
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a number of Business Development Manager and Business Development Executive opportunities across Essex on behalf of a range of well-established clients operating in a variety of sectors.

These roles are ideal for ambitious sales professionals with a proven track record in business development who are looking to take the next step in their career. Whether your experience is in manufacturing, engineering, construction, logistics, distribution, technology, or another B2B sector, we'd be keen to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Managing the full sales process from prospecting through to closing deals
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements
• Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Attending client meetings, networking events, and industry exhibitions where required

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales Executive, Area Sales, Account Management, or Field Sales role
• A proven track record of generating new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Full UK driving licence may be required for some positions
