We are recruiting for a highly motivated and dynamic Local Business Development Manager to join our client’s team in Chelmsford, Essex. The role of the Local Business Development Manager offers a chance to develop and expand a portfolio of local clients, contributing directly to the growth of the business.

Duties of the Business Development Manager:

• Developing and growing a portfolio of local business customers

• Achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company growth
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress

Requirements of the Business Development Manager:

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to prospect and open new accounts
• Results-driven with a proactive approach to sales
• Knowledge of the local business landscape in Chelmsford and Essex
• Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a desire to succeed
