We are currently recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Car Sales Executive to join a reputable dealership in Colchester, Essex. Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and provide tailored advice
• Conduct test drives and clearly explain vehicle features and benefits
• Achieve and aspire to exceed sales targets set by the dealership
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business as a Car Sales Executive
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes
• Contribute positively to the showroom environment and support team efforts

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive within a main dealer environment
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Target-driven with a strong enthusiasm for sales success
• Ability to work effectively on Saturdays and rota Sundays
• Reliable, professional, and capable of working independently and as part of a team
