Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all commercial aspects of RC Frame and Groundworks projects

• Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities
• Ensure accurate valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Work closely with operational teams to drive project performance
• Contribute to business strategy and commercial growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor within RC Frame & Groundworks
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering profitable projects
• Excellent knowledge of contracts, cost control, and risk management
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
