Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Rayleigh
Remuneration: Up to £38,000 per annum
Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Responsibilities:
Join our client as an HR Advisor and help shape a supportive workplace! In this role, you will:

• Provide support and coaching to managers on employee relations, ensuring consistent and policy-driven advice.
• Assist in consultation and implementation processes for organisational change, making HR recommendations.
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and enhance HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
• Design and deliver HR training programmes to empower managers and staff in effective people management.
• Prepare documentation to support managers in managing their teams effectively.
• Provide guidance on managing both short and long-term employee absences, maintaining robust monitoring systems.
• Update and maintain absence management records, producing insightful monthly reports for senior management.
• Advise on family-friendly policies, helping managers and employees navigate their rights and entitlements.
• Prioritise and manage a variety of HR queries efficiently.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of HR cases and provide timely status updates to management.
• Process and prepare HR data reports to agreed standards.
• Ensure proper maintenance of electronic documentation and filing systems.
• Undertake adhoc projects as requested, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain the e-learning system, addressing queries alongside the Training Department.
• Prepare and issue contracts of employment in compliance with regulations.
