Plumber – Remedial Works – Bexley, London
 

£[Rate DOE] | Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00 | 5 Week Contract | Start Monday

We're supporting our client with a plumber for remedial and compliance works across council buildings in the Bexley area.

The role:

• Lockshield valve replacement/servicing
• TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) checks, servicing and replacement
• Access hatch installation/repair
• General remedial plumbing works across a range of council sites

Likely additional works on site (to be confirmed with client):

• Isolation valve replacement
• Pipe lagging and insulation
• Water tank inspections and associated remedial work
• Expansion vessel and pressure relief valve checks
• Tap and cistern repairs
• Urinal flush control servicing
• General water hygiene/Legionella-related remedial tasks

Sites include: council buildings, libraries, and park buildings etc

Requirements:

• Valid JIB card (essential)
• Own tools
• Own transport (essential — sites are spread across the borough)
• Previous experience in commercial/council remedial works preferred

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 08:30–16:00
• 5-week contract (potential to extend)
• Free parking on site
• Rate negotiable, dependent on experience
