Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission

We're looking for an ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Billericay.

Responsibilities

• Win new business and build client relationships
• Source, interview and manage candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Achieve individual sales and placement targets
• Maintain and grow your client and candidate network

Requirements

You'll have either:

• Previous recruitment experience, or
• Proven B2B sales experience

You'll also be:

• Confident and commercially minded
• Target-driven and motivated by success
• An excellent communicator
• Organised and proactive
