Recruitment Resourcer

Office Based – Loughton

Remedy Recruitment is a specialist education recruitment agency supporting Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across London. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our in-office team due to continued growth.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our consultants by sourcing, screening and managing candidates for temporary and long-term positions. You'll be responsible for building strong candidate relationships and ensuring a smooth recruitment process from registration through to placement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing high-quality candidates using CV Library, job boards and other recruitment platforms
• Conducting telephone interviews and candidate screening
• Registering and onboarding new candidates
• Formatting and submitting CVs to clients
• Booking interviews, trial days and placements
• Maintaining accurate candidate records on our CRM system
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day recruitment activities
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• Previous recruitment resourcing or recruitment experience (preferred)
• Excellent telephone and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment
• Self-motivated, proactive and target-driven
• Available to work full time from our Loughton office
