Site Manager - Planned Maintenance 

• Project - L&Q contract: Kitchen and bathrooms on scattered properties 
• Salary - Up to £65k + car allowance + fuel card
• Location - Covering East London 
• Must have own car! 

A well-respected and established planned maintenance main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to oversee the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works on behalf of L&Q, managing projects across scattered occupied properties throughout East London.

Role 

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of refurbishment works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with residents, subcontractors, and the client.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects across occupied residential properties.
• Overseeing subcontractors and direct labour on site.
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
• Monitoring programme, quality, and productivity to achieve project targets.
• Carrying out site inspections and quality checks.
• Liaising with residents to ensure excellent customer service throughout the works.
• Managing materials, site documentation, and reporting progress to senior management.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within planned maintenance or social housing.
• Experience delivering kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of occupied property refurbishment projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification.
• Full UK driving licence.
