Site Manager

I am currently working with a strong Tier One Main Contractor, who have an opportunity for Site Manager, to help oversee large new build school in Essex. Our client is looking for a strong Civil/Engineering background candidate, who has experience overseeing externals/ground works/steel & RC frame previously. This is a great opportunity to join a solid and stable company, with great opportunities of progression.

Responsibilities for Site Manager

• Overseeing externals on a flagship project for a tier one Main Contractor.
• Working with sub-contractors and engineers to follow the build.
• Help manage a new build school project of £50+ million.

Requirements for Site Manager

• Ideally an SM who is confident in their ability to lead, good communicator and excellent with clients.
• Civil or Engineering background.
• Looking for someone who is career focused and wanting to progress.
