Technical Contract Manager

Permanent Role | Harlow / Hybrid | Up to £75,000

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of technical FM services across the contract.
• Lead engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Oversee statutory compliance, budgets, and client relationships.
• Drive service improvements and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Previous Technical or Contract Management experience.
• Strong Hard FM and M&E background.
• Commercial awareness with P&L experience.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
