European Transport Coordinator
📍 Dartford
💰 £30,000 - £38,000 Per annum + Career Progression
🕒 Full Time | Permanent

We’re looking for a proactive and organised European Transport Coordinator to join a busy and growing logistics operation based in Dartford.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in international transport, freight forwarding or import/export operations who enjoys building relationships and keeping freight moving efficiently across Europe.

The Role

• Coordinate and allocate work to subcontractor drivers across the Benelux and Italy regions
• Manage import/export transport movements efficiently and cost-effectively
• Build strong working relationships with hauliers and transport partners
• Source and sell return loads to maximise vehicle utilisation
• Liaise daily with customers, subcontractors, and distributors
• Resolve transport and operational issues quickly and professionally

About You

• Previous experience within transport, logistics, freight forwarding or import/export
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident managing subcontractors and transport partners
• European transport knowledge would be highly advantageous
