Due to continued growth, Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful education recruitment team based in Loughton.

As one of London's leading specialist education recruitment agencies, we work with Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the UK, providing high-quality teaching and support staff. We are looking for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing business and delivering exceptional service to both schools and candidates.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, developing your own client base while sourcing and placing high-quality education professionals into temporary and permanent positions.

You will be responsible for building long-term relationships with schools and candidates, managing vacancies from start to finish and consistently delivering an outstanding recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with schools across London
• Source, interview and register high-quality teaching and support staff
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies
• Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
• Generate new business opportunities through sales and business development
• Build long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Negotiate terms and secure new recruitment partnerships
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system
• Keep up to date with education recruitment and market trends

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A minimum of 2 years' recruitment experience 
• A proven track record of billing and business development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation and sales ability
• A motivated, resilient and target-driven approach
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
• A professional, proactive and team-focused attitude
